Registration is now open for the Dalton Parks & Recreation Department's 8-week summer camp for children ages 6-12. There is no online registration available for this program, but you can register in person at the Mack Gaston Community Center or by phone at 706-278-8205.
The camp runs Monday-Friday, May 28th through July 26th, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. each day (there will be no camp the week of July 1st-5th). Activities? The camp's got them. Team sports, STEM workshops, t-shirt tie-dying, arts & crafts, splash pad fun, games and puzzles, two field trips a week, just to name a few! Breakfast and snacks will be provided, as well as a lunch provided by Dalton Public Schools nutrition.
The camp costs $100 per week, with multi-child discounts and scholarships for those in need also available.
